JERK. I mean COME ON. Get over yourslef and be NICE and REPESCTFUL.
I quite liked that the writer/star was willing to described himself as seriously flawed. He isn’t just a typical sitcom character with an eating disorder tacked on – the rest of his personality clarifies why he has the ED in the first place. That’s strong writing, and it leads to some excellent drama by the end of the first season. Much as I like Always Sunny, I reckon this was the better series, even though it wasn’t as amusing. Certainly should have gone to HBO.
